1. Shipping Destinations
We offer reliable doorstep delivery to all locations across Bangladesh. Whether you are located inside Dhaka or in any other district, our delivery network ensures your RawFitz Premium Baby Carrier reaches you safely.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Standard Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated at a flat rate based on your location (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders with a total value over ৳2,000.
3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to our delivery partner.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before Thursday 10:00AM will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Business Days: Our standard business days are Saturday to Thursday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Friday or national public holidays.
4. Estimated Transit Time (Delivery Time)
Transit time is the estimated time it takes for the package to reach your doorstep after it has been dispatched from our Dhaka headquarters.
Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days.
(Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to slight delays due to adverse weather conditions, political unrest, or courier logistics.)
5. Cash On Delivery (COD)
We currently operate on a secure Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You will only pay the order total to the delivery executive once the product is successfully delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the payment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
We thoroughly inspect every item before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. For more details on returns, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
