Returns & Refund Policy

At RawFitz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure you are completely confident in your purchase, we offer a transparent "Instant Check & Return" policy, along with a standard defect return window.

Please read the guidelines below to understand how our return process works.

1. Instant Check & Return Policy (Open Box Delivery)

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we provide an Open Box delivery system. This allows you to physically verify the product before making the final payment.

  • Unbox & Inspect: When the delivery executive arrives at your doorstep, you are allowed to unbox the package and check the Baby Carrier Bag in front of them.

  • If You Like It: If you are satisfied with the quality, color, and condition of the product, simply pay the total Cash on Delivery amount (Product Price + Delivery Charge) to the executive and receive your order.

  • If You Don't Like It (Instant Return): If the product does not meet your expectations, or if you simply change your mind, you can return the product instantly to the same delivery executive.

  • Instant Return Condition: In the event of an instant return, you are only required to pay the Delivery Charge to the delivery executive. You do not have to pay the product price.

2. Standard 7-Day Return Policy (Post-Delivery)

If you accept the delivery but later discover a manufacturing defect or functional issue, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you received the product.

Eligibility for 7-Day Returns:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, safety buckles, and accessories intact.

  • Note: Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or dirt cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Because we operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD), our refund system works as follows:

  • For Instant Returns (At Delivery): Since you are instantly handing the product back to the rider and only paying the delivery fee, no product payment is taken, and therefore no refund process is necessary.

  • For 7-Day Defect Returns: Once we receive your returned item at our HQ, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be transferred to you securely via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) or offered as store credit for an exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs (Post-Delivery)

  • If you are returning a product under the 7-day policy due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item sent, severe manufacturing defect), RawFitz will cover the return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return or exchange a product after the delivery executive has left, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and a short video/photo of the issue.
